All TSAHC programs are offered statewide, with special attention given to rural areas and other select target areas. Nominations are accepted for educators and employees in public, charter, and private schools. The THECB will award grants up to $50,000 to eligible general academic teaching institutions and university systems to support planning grants for colleges of education.
